So… it’s been a year to the day since I last posted on DA. A long time, especially by net standards. In that time, my whole life has changed, for the better mostly. I’ve moved, twice, and found the love of my life. (is very content and happily in love right now) I’ve been slowly working on the second SoA book, and am half way done with it. I’ve even started a new book series… which I just might give you a peek of in the next week or so.

All in all, I’ve been working on getting my life together. The publishing deal I thought I had fell through, which really messed with my head for a long time. However, life is about picking yourself up and trying again, which is exactly what I’m doing. I rewrote the beginning of the first book, again, and have expanded on a few sections that needed work. I finally feel like I just might have something worth getting out there, which makes me happy.

Now… onto the news.

Born of Midnight

The House of Midnight is a vampire suspense series upon which I have begun serious work in the last few months. It is a new style and genera for me, and a good deal more adult. However, I really feel that the project has some real potential and I’m enjoying these early stages. [link] will be up in the next week.

Shards of Alesya

New domain name on this one, as some of you may know my .net got swiped last year. [link] is now active. I’m going to be redoing that layout and adding the most recent chapters of book 2 as well, as that poor site has been neglected in my net absence. Look for some new art, new chapters, and a few other goodies as well.

All in all, this should be my return to activity in the net world. I really needed the time away, but I finally feel like my life is at a point at which I can get back to some serious work on the things I love most. Please feel free to note me if you need anything, and I’d love to see everyone over at the SoA forums, which have been revamped and expanded to include all of the Shadow’s Nocturne stuff.
